(Online Application for Plug & Play Shed Allotment)

 

General Instruction

(Please read the instructions carefully before submission of online application for land allotment)

 

 

The application has to register online his/her application on the prescribed application form along with the following documents. The documents shall be prepared and uploaded in pdf format:

1. Copy of Bye-Laws of the Company/Firm as per the respective governing act i.e. (MoA, AoA, Partnership Deed/By-Laws of Cooperatives, Societies etc.).
2. Project Profile/Report with information regarding details of Product, Land, Building, Plant & Machinery, Margin Money for working Capital, other fixed assets, Pre-operative Expenses, Finance for the Project etc. (Max 4 MB)
3. Latest Net –Worth Certificate (Duly certified by Statutory Auditor/Chartered Accountant).
4. Registered Address Proof (As per mention in MSME Registration/ License/Certificate under Shop Estd. Act Sales & IT Return, CST/VAT/GST Certificate, Utility Bill Current A/c, PAN, Udyog Aadhar/Udyam Registration).
5. Authorization letter in case of a company (this is conditional for Other than proprietorship Company/Firm.)
6. Site Layout Plan of proposed factory (this should be duly certified by an Architect/Engineer).
7. Upload experience certificate (MSME Registration, License/Certificate under Shop & Estd. Act Sales & IT Return, CST/VAT/GST Certificate)
